Description: The flaring tower is a portable unit with an extendable mast. It will stow collapsed at approximately 5 feet when not in use. The manifold will hold 8 each 1 pound cylinders and 4 each RV style tanks per batch run. Different manifold configurations are easily accommodated.
Gas is fed to the tower from the manifold through a LPG approved hose. The tower electronics first induces a spark to establish a pilot flame and continuously monitors the presence of heat.
Once heat is established, a solenoid valve opens to feed the manifold pressure to the tower. A remotely controlled on off switch allows for control from a distance.
A pressure gauge on the manifold determines when to replace the canisters and process a new batch.
