This Portable Containment Berm is custom designed to fit most any application requiring the portablility of a containment system. Applications include secondary containment of fuel tankers and fuel bladders to vehicle wash stations, helicopter landing pads and decontamination work services.
Size, capacity, chemical durability and storage requirements are all considered prior to actual construction.
Full deployment of this berm takes less than fifteen minutes and can be restowed about as quickly.
Built from fabric designed for primary containment of fuels meeting Military Specificatons 52983 Rev.C., it can be deployed over heavy gravel using a Geotextile fabric liner without fear of puncturing the containment berm.
The walls are held rigid with either air, water, or a foam inner material. If foam, the walls may be driven over by a vehicle without damage, only to redeploy back to the original shape in seconds.
